About the event
Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is a state of consciousness in between being asleep and being awake. In Yoga Nidra, your body is completely relaxed, while the mind is awake, clear and calm, and you become connected to your inner world.
Yoga Nidra can be practised by anyone and it comes with many benefits. It improves sleep quality and helps to release stress, it gives you more energy and reduces anxiety, to name but a few.
Yoga Nidra is great for people who want to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect more profoundly with themselves. In this workshop, you will learn more about the history of Yoga Nidra, what Yoga Nidra is and what it isn't, how Yoga Nidra works and about the effects and benefits. I will then guide you through a Yoga Nidra session. Afterwards, there will be time to ask questions and share your experience if you wish to do so.
