YOGA CLASSES

In this time of social distancing and quarantaine, all classes are online via Zoom.

You can now practise yoga anywhere, anytime. When you book, you will receive a Zoom link to access the live class.

After the live class has ended, you will receive a link to the recording, which you can access for 48 hours.
