Service Description

Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is the ultimate relaxation technique . Yoga Nidra is practised lying down in shavasana, in a darkened and quiet space. Note: have a light meal at least 90 minutes before practising Yoga Nidra. Read more about the practice of Yoga Nidra in my blog.
