Service Description

Chair Yoga is perfect for people who are less mobile or do not want to be on the floor. This is a slow paced class that will calm your mind and will increase the flexibility, strength and vitality of your body. A chair yoga class includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation, warm-ups including a seated Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), asanas (poses) and final relaxation.
